BMW Navigator Won't Power On

Haven't needed to use the Navigator that came new with my 2002 LT in a while. Went to power it up and nothing happened. I took it off the bike and replaced the batteries, noticing some minor corrosion had taken place with one of them. I powered it up without connecting it to the motorcycle and it came on fine. Hooked it back up to the bike, but didn't try to use it again for a month. Now it won't power on at all, even after taking it off the bike and replacing batteries again. Won't power up while connected to the bike's wiring or just on batteries.

Does there happen to be an internal fuse on these things that would need replaced? Any other ideas?

Thanks!
