GPS Navigator III

Does anyone know how to make the Navigator III play through the external speakers?

I have a K1200LT with voice but my helmet is not wired yet.

On my '04 LT comm system (by J&M) the GPS does not play through the speakers.

Your GPS will only play through your Voice II system in the helmet speakers.

If you ask Garmin support they will tell you how to do this. I have a Streetpilot III and that can be made to play through the audio system on the bike - at least on the R1200RT.... I'm not going to do it though as I've found that I actually prefer just to have the visuals without the voice. And if I miss a turn, so what - it'll recalculate and we get to see other routes and parts of the country! We've been on some superb backroads that way...
