Nuvi 350

Has anyone installed a Nuvi 350 on an LT, and if so can you post a list of parts that you ordered? Also, is anything available that would make it at least water resistant?

I have the unit and use it in cars, I would love to use it on the bike too. I looked at the RAM site but did not get a clear idea what to order.

THANKS!

Just an update:

I rigged up my NUVI for the CCR trip. Not a good idea because as soon as there is any sunlight the screen washes out and you can not see a thing.

I have a nuvi 360, that I have a shade for. Works fine. Any of the navigator units will wash out in the sun.

For power, I bought a cigarette plug that goes into my Battery Tender pigtail.

Only downside to the 360 (it has all the functionality of the zumo 550) is it's not waterproof. When it starts raining, I'll just peel it off of the co-pilot shelf, and stick it in the tank bag map flap, where I can still see it.

I also have the Nuvi 360. I installed a cigarette lighter socket near the handlebar on the left side. I use a ziplock baggie when it rains..

How did you mount your Nuvi? I have mine kind of Jerry-Rigged with Velcro to the co-pilot shelf. Looking for something a little more bolt-on, but doesn't look like there's anything out there.

Other than that, I love it!
