Pescara Italy to Heidleberg Germany

Hello,

Have decided to get the bike to Stefan the second/third week of September. Any suggestions as to a preferred route other than the Autobhan that will get me there in no more than three days? Switzerland seems to be most direct but I've done the trip and would like to avoid the annual toll if I'm only passing through.

Thank you for any suggestions...

Mugz

Re: Pescara Italy to Heidleberg Germany

I would ride over to Genova, then Monaco, Nice, up N85 (Route de Napoleon - one of the best roads in Europe), Grenoble, Lyon and then sneak into Germany from there.
