Season Opening Meeting of the Motorcycle Touring Club Europe, France

Guys, since we have a strong group of LT riders in our Club, I would like to invite you for our Season Opening Meeting in France. It will take place in the region of the Alsace.

Season Opening Meeting, Alsace, France

Date: May, 13 – May 16, 2010

Accommodation Style Bungalows/Mobile homes

• Prices • camp place, for 2 persons : 16.60 €/overnight
• mobile home eco, for 4 persons : 36.20 €/overnight
• mobile home, for 4 persons: 41.20 €/overnight
cottage, for 4 persons: 46.20 €/overnight
• cottage comfort, for 4 persons: 51.20 €/overnight
• chalet, for 4 persons:56.20 €/overnight

Registration Deadline December, 31st, 2009
Deposit Payment not required

Remarks
The Alsace region is very known for its old historical buildings
Also known for its good food. One of the specialties is “Choucroute”
and of course nice riding roads in the extensive hilly landscape

Guests are always welcome at the Motorcycle Touring Club Europe

Yes Cookie. At every Meeting we have daily ride outs and of course some interesting sightseeing points we wonna go to.

Nearly all our Meetings are organised from local Members.

Date: May 12th - May, 16th, 2010

Our new location will be in the Allgäu Mountains, South Germany. We finally found a great location - like usual .

37,-€ per night one person in a double bedroom
including breakfast and dinner buffet
42,-€ per night and person (regular price is 47,-€) in a single bedroom
including breakfast and dinner buffet

Daily Tour Programm:

Tour through the mountains with the Castle of Neuschwanstein as our destination

this will be a great riding day throughout a fantastic landscape.

We will start to ride in the area of the Bregenzer Forest. Very nice

Another highlight will be the visit of the village Oberammergau with its house paintings

May 15th

The day where will climb up the high mountains in that area.
highlight will be the Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse. We will climb up to over 2000 mtr.

It will be a pure riding day with plenty of twisties

On the way back we will stop in the village of Oberstaufen. There we can go to the "Schnapskabinett". They offer a very unique range of "Obstler" (Schnaps). Nice gift to take back home

If we have time enough, we will stop also in the village of Isny and visit a smal cheese factory. Good cheese to buy
