Irv Seaver to the rescue

I suppose its really not that big a deal --- unless you have no idea where you are. Today, trying to navigate the mysteries of LA area traffic, my old Garmin that some one gave me 4-5 years ago gave up the ghost. I looked up Irv Seaver BMW on my phone and two hours later I left with a great deal on a fully installed new BMW Nav IV. Since I was traveling, they worked me into the service rotation right away and got me back on the road. Thanks guys and a special thanks to Jim O'Brien, parts manager.

Dunno about the dealership as a whole as I have not dealt with them on any service nor did I buy my bike there, though they have a great reputation.

Jim, though, is top drawer. I dealt with him just last Saturday on an apparel purchase. A very pleasant experience. The man knows his stuff!

Re: Irv Seaver to the rescue

ditto on all that.

I bought my 2011 K1300S last Nov after hemming and hawing in the showroom most of the afternoon when i went in for a service on my bike and saw the new K1300S, youch...

I couldn't decide if I wanted to get the GT1300 or the KS.

They took my 2006 KS as a trade-in and I rode out on a new bike (KS) that evening.

great folks to work with.
