Hansen's

I was on a trip last week to Crescent City CA and the Brake Failure light came on steady when I was coming back from Arcata one day. I called Hansen's in Medford, but they were already closed. I left a message and Craig Hansen called me back an hour before they opened the next day. We went over the symptoms and he gave me his opinion, which was correct: The ABS sensor cable had loosened and was rubbed by the rotor (He said his bays were packed, but if I had to come in, he would work on my bike himself). I was able to tape it up, retie it and the brakes worked fine after that. Craig is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend his shop highly, and I didn't even stop by! I wish my local dealer was as helpful.

Hansen's BMW has been by dealer for 12 years now. They offer the best customer service I've found anywhere in my travels. Always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to serve the customer. The technicians in the back are second to none. Glad they were able to help you out.
