Grand Junction BMW overcharge... BMW MATH?

I am trying to figure out their math?

That was $19.99 for the straps, $179.95 for the boots, and $4.90 for the shipping. Your total came to $220.14.

The funny thing is that the shipping was suppposed to be free?

I am not trying to "flame them". (Just Yet)

Just thought it was funny how their math worked out...

It is math!

This is what they sent me in an email

"That was $19.99 for the straps, $179.95 for the boots, and $4.90 for the shipping. Your total came to $220.14. "

How does $19.99 plus $179.95 plus $4.90 = $220.14 ?

I ask is this BMW math?

I wonder if there's a BMW 4% error built in?
Get it? 4%, like the FDs?
Oh, never mind.
