Unhappy Another BMW dealer closes.

For anyone heading up to the PNW,
Beaudry's BMW of Post Falls ID is apparently closed and out of business.

No other info is known.

Re: Another BMW dealer closes.

Sorry to here that. There customer service needed a little polishing. I took my BMW there for the 12500 service and received it back with greasy finger prints all over it. I also wanted to buy an Aprillia they had used and offered them a price. I did not here from them for a week and finally told them to keep the bike because it was over priced. I wanted to do an oil change on my bike and they did not have the o-ring or crush gasket. It is no wonder why they went out of business.

West Side is the new BMW dealer in Spokane, hope they do a better job.

Cool Re: Another BMW dealer closes.

Westside has been problematic to deal with previously.
The sales dept leave a lot to be desired. Time will tell as always.

Re: Another BMW dealer closes.

I ordered a tire online and took it over to West Side because they are close to where I work.

They mounted the tire Ok but I had to go around the corner to pay the cashier. She was on the phone and a guy at the other counter asked if I was being helped. I told him that I just wanted to pay my bill and he said he could not help me that the cashier was the only one I could pay. Needless to say she was on the phone and about ten minutes later she let me pay. Can we say cross training anyone.

Your right about the sales department, not very helpful and there prices are jacked up. Looked at buying a new 1000R and there price was 16995.00 plus tax and license and delivery and setup and on and on. If I want to buy a new Beemer Seattle will be the place.

People can not get it through there head that friendly customer service goes along way.
Maybe they though by the way I was dressed that I could not afford a new Beemer. Oh well can you here lost sale.

Re: Another BMW dealer closes.

Looks like they're open but not a BMW dealer anymore. Their web site says for new BMW parts go to Hansen's in Oregon.

Re: Another BMW dealer closes.

So let me get this straight they are sending BMW customers to Medford OR 10 hours or 566.15 miles from Spokane WA??? WTF If they were about good customer service they might send them to the BMW Dealership nearest to them after they closed. That is one of the reasons they lost the BMW dealership. I order my parts online anyway but many customers do not. I am certainly not going to drive 10 hours to purchase a BMW. I would go to Seattle first.

That's what it says, I don't live near there so I didn't realize how far it was. Some one just told me they stopped by there last week and doors were closed and the whole place was out of business...

They were awarded the CHP bike bid here in California by the department of General Services. If the bikes get approved they could sell quite a few. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Great so CHP is going out of state to buy bikes. there goes state sales tax.

Unhappy Re: Another BMW dealer closes.

I rode by there yesterday and the doors were locked and a " Notice of Foreclosure " was posted on the door. :^(

Too bad, Steve Beaudry was a very nice guy.
