LoneStar BMW Austin Texas Thumbs Up

I had a severe surging problem with my 2003 K1200 LTE (104500 miles on it). When I went to order a fuel and air filter, their parts man asked if I would like to talk to service about it. I was able to talk to MIke and explain.....he was extremely knowledgeable and a great assistance. We agreed that it could be the filer or the pump based on what I saw on the GS 911 and my symptoms. Not many dealers would go out of their way to help like this.

The parts department did an excellent job in that they had all the parts that I needed in stock and efficiently shipped them to me like clockwork.

End result was that I was only down for 2 days. This is my transportation and being available is very important.

I have had a few very good experience with this dealership and recommend them highly.

Treatment like this is why they made "The Best In Texas - Dealers" list. Glad they are there for us.
