Thumbs up Kudos Touring Sport BMW

A week ago I was putting a new rear tire on, last thing to be done before taking off for CCR and found significant play in my final drive. Pulled it off the bike and the outside pinion bearing fell apart. Drained the final drive and found flakes on the magnet. Sent an email to Touring Sport on Sunday afternoon and Tuesday morning at 8:15 a.m. got an email saying ship it, we'll take care of it. Got it back yesterday, installed it last night, took a test drive, and I am back on the road. Great service, good communication and a price I thought was fair.

On a side note, this is the second time they have rebuilt this final drive. First time was at about 80k and this time at 172k.

Thanks to Jeff and Joey.
