BMW Omaha

While returning from a trip to CA, we stopped at BMW of Omaha for the 18K service. They were great! I originally planned to have the service done elsewhere, and I had a reservation at another dealer, but that dealer was not optimistic he'd have all the part on-hand in the event the valves needed adjusting (and 5 did). Also this IL dealer didn't seem very keen on doing the service even though I had made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. On short notice, BMW of Omaha, did an 18K service, changed the rear tire, brake pads and found a burned out bulb. They made an extraordinary effort to fit me in their schedule and did the work quickly. Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend the Omaha dealership. On a related matter, we had a smooth (but windy) ride back to NYC.

+1 on BMW Omaha
We stopped there on a trip and they helped trouble shoot my buddy's Autocom problem, when our local dealer just gave us the Autocom support phone number.

Re: BMW Omaha

I flew to Omaha from DFW to buy my first RT. It was the most pleasant buying experience from the moment I walked in the door. Highly Recommended!
