MAX BMW - North Hampton, NH - Positive!

These folks are the best! I've been dealing with them since I got my '99 R1200C two years ago and can vouch that their online services are nothing short of excellent.

I do all my own maintenance/repairs so have only used their online parts and accessories departments and not had dealings with their shop. That said, I have had super courteous, extremely efficient and speedy service from them. As example: the afternoon of the 27th I ordered a couple of things (specifically, a new cam tensioner and a Clymer's manual) and they were delivered the afternoon of the 28th. With other orders, if a part was not in stock they advised me immediately and the delay in delivery was no more than a day. Oops, I take that back ... one order actually took three days.

So ... I say again: MAX BMW is an excellent dealer to work with. Drew, Rusty and Rose in their parts and accessories departments certainly go a step beyond. I would feel safe in expecting nothing less from the shops.

Another thumbs up for the fine folks at Max's. And I live 180 miles south of them.

+1. I have bought two bikes from them and had service performed on both. They are top notch. I have dealer less than 20 miles from my house but I go to them for 99% of the stuff I buy.

Yup, my experience too.
Good communication and fast shipping.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the M&Ms.

Whenever I buy a vehicle I make sure to instruct the dealer to refrain from putting any advertising on it. Stickers, etc with the dealer's name on it must not be put on or must be removed. I have been so impressed with the service from Max BMW that I have put their license frame on my K12LT and a sticker in the window of my truck. I'll bet you can't tell where I bought my truck, though.

Regards,
