Thumbs up Hebert BMW

Stopped at Hebert BMW in Baton Rouge without an appointment and needing a front tire in the middle of a 11,000 mile ride. They didn't have the Metzler I wanted so Lisa Hebert jumped in her car and went to pick one up.............
Tech. also found a creative way to save me $100 on brake pad replacement........
Today I received a thank you card from the owner for using their shop.
A small un-boutique shop with some great people.
Thank You !

Re: Hebert BMW

Glad you have both had positive experiences with Hebert. It has not been the case for me and anyone else I have talked too. I will go to Houston, Florida or do it myself before I go back to Hebert.

First experience I ever had was with Bob's in MD and I thought all BMW dealers would be the same great service. Boy was I wrong.
