Thumbs up Two Thumbs up for A&S BMW

I dont normally post in here but I had an exceptional visit yesterday at A&S. I was trying to get out for a day ride but realized that morning it had been a while since I rode the bike so when I got to my dads house to meet for a ride, I checked my oil level. It was right there at the lowest level in the sight glass. I went to go add oil but I couldnt get the cap off because it appears to take a special tool I tried to get it off but was tight) and as it turns out my dad didnt have a funnel (go figure). So we made a stop by A&S and asked if they could top the oil off and check the tire pressure. Sure enough they had a guy pull in the back and 5 minutes later returned, on a very busy saturday morning. I asked how much I owed but there was no charge. Not only did they perform a service with no charge but they helped me get on with my ride without delay which was priceless. I insisted on tipping the guy as this was a real saver for me. So today it was off to A&S but to buy some accesories. Its great having these guys in my backyard. My hats off to you guys. Two thumbs up for going above and beyond. I left feeling like a VIP customer.

Re: Two Thumbs up for A&S BMW

I had a very similar experience just last Saturday. Coming back from the RCB ride just north of Nevada City I picked up a nail in the back tire, and by the time I got to Penryn it was almost completely flat. Billy Omaha followed me to A&S (thanks Billy!) where they put on a new set of tires right then.(My tires were almost gone anyway after 9000 miles) Randy heard me whining about them not having the tires I like, and that I didn't have my discount coupon with me, so he took a significant amount off the bill anyway. So they went over and above twice for me by getting me in and out at the end of a busy day, and discounting a tire sale that they didn't have any obligation to do so, other than good customer service. Two thumbs up again!
