Ironhorse Tucson TOP NOTCH

I bought my new RT from a dealer in Phoenix and in addition to them trying to pull a fast one on my loan paperwork they wouldn't install any after parts for me. So I took a ride down to Ironhorse to buy my motolights and see about having them installed there. Well, the guy working the service counter was trying to figure some of the paperwork out and low and behold I found out he's the owner, John.

So John takes a walk out to my bike with me and look her over and notices some defective paint on the tank bag holder (not sure of the name of it). He's says he'll take care of it no problem. Now, I know this is a warranty issue and any dealer would handle it, but he didn't even try to give any excuses why he would not have been able to handle it or tried to say take it back to the dealer that I purchased from.

He just said no problem I take care of it for you. I was very impressed, even more so by his demeanor. Just a laid back down to earth guy that loves BMW's and motorcycles. I have no problem making the 2 hour drive down there to have my service down now.

I second that opinion. I also live in the Phoenix area. When it comes to major things to do on the LT I always go to Ironhorse, Call John in the service area, he is a great guy, very personable and will give you the straight scoop. I just wished that they would move to the north end of Tucson so I did not have to travel in the Tucson traffic.

That's why Iron Horse is the NUMBER ONE dealer in the county when it comes to customer satisfaction.

If you have any service work done ask for Roy - he is THE BEST.[I]

When it comes to helping a traveler there isn't a better dealership in the country. I say that from experience. I know they had at least 30 bikes waiting on service, but they rolled one off a lift and put mine on it right away. Everyone there knows their stuff and they are all great guys to shoot the bull with while you wait.
