I've had two dealings now with Oakleigh Barbour, a local high school teacher who moonlights doing maintenance and repairs on all kinds of bikes, with special emphasis on Euro bikes...but he'll do maintenance on anything you have.
He is honest, open, cheerful, and very accomplished. He can give you a better idea of his experience if you talk to him, but I wouldn't hesitate to have him do anything at all to my bike.
He'll cheerfully mount your tires, or order tires for you at a very modest markup.
I don't normally make recommendations like this, but I'm very pleased to have found an honest guy.
