Thumbs up BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland

We were about 2 hours into our trip out west when we realized we needed a couple of things. We stopped at a few places along the way but couldn't get the Gerbing's cables and Zumo cable we needed. I called BMW MC of Cleveland; Dale, the owner, took the call and arranged to have the cables I needed shipped to Sturgis BMW (yes, that Sturgis) where they were ready for us when we rolled into town a couple of days ago.

Dale spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone getting it all figured out and taken care of. Thanks, Dale!

Re: BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland

Hey Howard, your making me nervous, it is the middle of June there abouts and your in South Dakoda right, and you need the Gerbings? I can see the Garmin cable as you just put it on the bike but is it that cold you need the Gerbings??

Since I dont own a set yet, maybe I better rethink my packing for our trip later this month. Xtra carhart and some wool socks.

And I agree BMW of Cleveland does a nice Job, Dale and Bruce have always answered my questions upfront and truthfully.

Glen

PS have fun and ride safe.

Hey Bruce

Good luck at Sills, the only problem I have with them is that if you didnt buy the bike from them and you need some service then tend to treat you like the redheaded step child? at least thats whats happened to me in the past.

So who is left at BMWOC.

Re: BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland

On my way through Cleveland, heard a new noise that I knew wasn't right, so pulled into BMW of Cleveland. They took me right in, spent time trying to figure it out-late in the day Thursday. Wish they were closer to me! Thanks, Dale, Adam and team for helping me get going. the bike sits at BMW Milwaukee waiting a diagnosis-let you know what I hear from them.
