Thumbs up Indy BMW - thumbs up

I know, it's not called Indy BMW, but whatever the new indy dealership is called - Franchiese Powersports or something like that, they're good people.

Dropped my LT off for a valve adjustment and they had it done two days later as promised, despite all the distractions of the upcoming open house.
Jeff and Bob in the service dept are good guys, just what you'd expect from a dealership - but it's nice to actually see your expectations met and exceeded these days.

They're still having a few growing pains, with the part numbers in the parts manuals not necessarily corresponding to those in the computer, and descriptions in Deutsch they're still trying to decipher on a few things, but they're hitting the ground running and with the can-do attitude of the parts dept and the good guys in the service dept, they're a great addition to central Indiana.

Burt
Glad to hear you had a good experience. My bike is in there right now for the 6K service. I'll let you know how it goes for me. The drop off was painless.
You missed a great party Sat night. Great food; great music. Good turn out for a rainy day. Cleared up long enough so no one got wet.

Really enjoyed some of the vintage bikes. One guy even had a UREL with a side car. Very utilitarian.
