Major Kudos to BigTwin in Boise

On Thursday, May29th, I broke down on I84 about 15 miles west of Caldwell, ID. I had sudden power loss (battery had a difficult time starting the bike that morning) and at roughly the same time the rear tire lost air pressure (pics of the culprit below).

I ended up being towed to Boise and BigTwin not only got my bike in right away, they treated me extremely well and by closing time, had me back on the road with a new tire and battery.

As a stranded cyclist, I cannot say how much their customer support meant to me and they certainly did not take advantage of my situation with the repair costs.

If you are traveling through Boise, stop in and say hi. They have a good selection of inventory and some pretty cool t-shirts!

They're great people, and I have the shirt to prove it!

Same thing - stranded while in the area, and they took great care of a buddy of mine.

Re: Major Kudos to BigTwin in Boise

A few years ago the Curve Cowboy Reunion was in boise & Big twin was out supporting dealer. They went out of the way to welcome us. The even cooked lunch for about 250 of our members.
