Headed south thru Michigan

Google maps wants me to take US 23 thru Ann Arbor and the Garmin wants me to take 275 south to 75 to down to Cincinnati.

What do you all that travel that area think??

Which way should I go???

Re: Headed south thru Michigan

US 23 is shorter & normally a whole lot less traffic. US 23 to I-96 to I-275 to I-75 can have a lot of traffic at times & you would also be going through downtown Toledo on I-75.

Doug, Stay on US23 like Dave said, 96 and 275 have tons of traffic and 275 is totally insane. I use to ride I-275 everyday when I worked in Romulus and believe me US-23 south is the best route.

Re: Headed south thru Michigan

Ok, thanks guys, I just remember coming back from STC and traffic around Ann Arbor was crazy. That was on a Sunday evening.

I couldn't believe traffic was like that on a Sunday evening but I will stick to that route.
