Revzilla customer service - top notch!

I'm out in DC for business and aside from Bob's BMW (great shop, BTW), there's not much in terms of moto-stores. For some reason, I decided I needed a new pair of boots (apparently the few pairs I already own aren't enough). I've had my eye on the Sidi Canyons for quite some time and decided now was as good a time as any to pick some up.

Having no patience for shipping, I looked around the DC area with no luck. Hmmm..... Revzilla's only up in Philly, what is that, a couple hours? I can cut out of work a little early and head on up - no problem, right? Having worked out in DC and NJ for the last few years, I should've known better. But, living in Iowa, I still think that a 100 mile trip should only take an hour and a half. Alas, the never ending traffic on 95 dashed any hopes of a "quick trip".

So, I call Revzilla, order the boots and, rather than have them ship them back home, ask if they can just put the boots outside in a bush or something and I'll pick them up when I finally get up to Philly. Their CS rep, Ed, tells me that the office will actually be open until 8:00 and that he'd just walk the boots over to the office where I could pick them up when I got there. Wow, cool!

I leave DC around 4:30 and traffic is absolutely horrible - worse I've seen on 95 in the 10+ years I've been coming out this way. As the hours tick on, it's becoming clear that I may not make it by 8:00. I call CS again and get Jason who's been briefed of my plan by Ed. I tell him to just go ahead and ship the boots as I'm not going to make it in time. He tells me to keep on coming and he'll wait for me. Wow, cool!

At just a few minutes after 8, I roll into the parking lot of the new Revzilla offices and showroom. Very, very nice. If anyone of you had been to their old warehouse, you need to see the new store - very impressive.

Anyway, I walk right into the offices and to the call center where Jason is waiting there with my boots and a hearty handshake. We chat for a couple of minutes and I'm on my way back to DC.

Round trip was about 6 hours! To say the customer service was outstanding would be an understatement. I've purchased many things from Revzilla in the past and will definitely continue to do so - this experience just solidified that decision.

I have bought several items from them and I agree their customer service is the best.

Bought a helmet a few years back and needed to return, the agent helped me with ordering the right one for my medium oval head....lol

+1 on Revzilla's CS. Bought a Sena comm system from them coupla years ago. Unit arrived with a missing piece from a major part. Contacted them and asked for the number and contact person at Sena in CA. Revzilla did better'n that - they called Sena and told them what part wuz missing; asked that they send me the part direct; and when it arrived, I am to keep the original part that wuz missing a piece, rather than return it. All this in the space of three days. AND THEN - Sena called me to make sure all wuz okay; gave me a contact name and number if I have any further issues. So - my helmet is off to both Revzilla and to Sena. And they are in my 'call list' for future purchases that I may want or need.

Couldn't agree more. I have ordered several items from them and they always have the best price, arrive faster than stated and have great follow up.

They obviously put a lot of time and effort into their business - the web-site is top notch with all of the informative videos and I appreciate the Revzilla Cash. Keeps you coming back for more!

Sorry your ride was so horrible to get there. Does Mrs. Spice know you bought more boots? LOL...
