In the old days the real wacho's would just somehow disappear.

I grew up in a syndicate controlled town and we had no crime. The bosses did not want any crime because that would bring attention. You did not have to lock your doors and were safe on the streets at any hour. When a wrong element came in causing trouble they were apprehended and handled, and not by the police. Mob justice did not take years.

Being a liberal I still see nothing wrong with the above.
