Snow in San Diego!!

Well, not downtown, but the lowest snow level near San Diego in decades. Happened a couple weeks ago. About two feet in the Cuyamaca mountains.

That is so cool (pun intended). I actually remember snow on the ground in San Diego growing up. I was in high school so that would have been 66 - 68. Not real sure of which year it was. Unreal, 40 year reunion coming up. I've never got to any though. Wonder what it would be like.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

That boy's awfully bundled-up for a dusting of snow.

(If you can't jump IN it...it didn't really "snow"!)

Joe -

It's funny - I grew up in Syracuse, NY and my friend in Shrewsbury, MA, but his son is 100% Southern Californian. When he sent me this pic I wrote back that somebody better teach this kid how to shovel!
