A meaningful conversation

So let's have us one.

Who REALLY pisses you off? I mean just by seeing or hearing them?

For me, it's a toss up between Flo from Progressive Ins and SpongeBob Squarepants. Initially I may have gone with SpongeBob (you'd have to have grandkids to understand), but then yesterday I heard a progressive ad with Flo singing. Now I'm leaning heavily toward Flo as THE ONE.

Re: A meaningful conversation

Local small business owners that appear in their own commercials, either radio or TV. They are really amateur, & it shows. Spend the few bucks more & hire a professional actor. One more thing, having your pre-teen kids or grandchildren in the ad is not as cute as you think.

David Hobbs, co-announcer for Formula 1 races. Thinks three people talking at once makes for 'easy listening'!! And his accent (for me personally) is very distracting. Not withstanding that he rightfully has race-smart knowledge, the dialogue just grates on my nerves. BUTT I STILL WATCH EVERY RACE!!!

This is funny, I have always extremely disliked Gilbert Godfrey. Hearing him talk just makes me angry.

The family (and all like them) who surrounded me on my last airline flight who immediately upon takeoff started unwrapping and passing around a bunch of smelly tuna fish sandwiches. If you are going to bring food onto an airplane, pick something that does not stink!

The sound of my ex-wife can drive just about anyone crazy. Then add the content of what she says, usually derogatory, and you want to reach for that club... :-)

ME TOO! I keep the remote right by me, so I can at least hit the mute button to give me time to change channels.

I also feel the same way about Gilbert Gotfried, but thankfully he is rarely on any more.

Right behind them is the Obamas. Causes a lot of fast forwarding in my home.
