It's Not Very Often

That you can say something nice about a car company...

I recently had to replace the Wireless Control Module on my 09 Grand Caravan..

Think EWS failure.. The module that reads the electronic part of the key failed..Leaving me with a truck that wouldn't start...

$514.00 and change later I had a truck that would start again..

I didn't think that was a very cool failure and the dealership admitted they were replacing several a week...

They gave me an 800 number to call Chrysler customer service.. I did...

They instructed me to email them my bill and I filled out a little form...

Today I received a check in the mail for the full cost of the repair....Probably will be an official recall soon...

I really must say that I'm quite surprised that Chrysler stepped up and made this right..

It's a miracle.. The end of the world is surely coming soon...

If I were you, I'd get my butt down to the nearest convenience store and buy a lottery ticket.
