Favorite music when riding.

What's your favorite music when riding?

Have a nice day!

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Re: Favorite music when riding.

Here's one that has not yet shown up.

YOU'RE THE ONE WHO MADE ME SELL MY BIKE

Would you
Pick me up on your way back through Houston
I'll sit in the back seat if you like
I know that I'm unpleasant and annoying
But you're the one who made me sell my bike

I rode that cycle all the way from Jackson
I swore that it would be my ride for life
But you needed money for your breast enhancement
So you said, "Honey, you don't need that motorbike"

I know you'll say to me
That I could have disagreed
But I wasn't thinking clearly at the time
And now you're leaving me
With your brand new double ds
And you're the one who made me sell my bike

I really miss the freedom of the highway
riding through the desert late at night
I'd cruise along at 90 miles an hour
of course, that was back before you made me sell my bike

I know that times are tough
And I know you've had enough
And you can leave me stranded if you like
But I'm really feeling fried
And I really need a ride
And you're the one who made me sell my bike
(remember?)
Youa're the one who made me sell my bike
(I didn't even get to see 'em)
You're the one who made me sell my bike

Re: Favorite music when riding.

More and More, I find myself listening to the never-aging progressive-rock band
RUSH. They've been together almost 40 years and still put out good music. Lots of tempo and signature changes. Music for the straights or the twisties.
A 3 piece band with probably the world's best drummer, Neil Peart. Interesting story on him.
He almost never rides the tour bus when the band is on tour. He rides his BMW. He has always ridden a GS from tour stop to tour stop. Does all his own maintenance, etc. After the death of his daughter in 1997 and his daughter's mother less than a year later, he rode his Beemer for 55,000 miles straight through North and Central America. He has a book called - Ghost Rider: Travels on the Healing Road. Great band with a great story.

Re: Favorite music when riding.

If my son is riding with me, he insists on Rammstein. When I'm by myself, I mostly listen to Agalloch, Mastodon, or Iron Maiden.
