Cable of FIOS for TV & Internet

I've been online trying to configure a comparable tv channel package to what we have with Brighthouse, as in the same or more movie channels.

We have all of the english movie channels in standard and HD now, and I want to keep that aspect of programming. Not interested in sports packages. But I do want a DVR.

I want the speed and reliability of fios internet as well.

I can get a nice discount through my job because we have a fios T1 and a T3 at the office for Internet and VoIP, with fail-over/redundancy.

Now the questions for those in the know:

Do you know of a tv package with fios that includes all of the premium english movie channels?

Is the 35/35 internet speed actually realized at the pc?, or does the fact that they use the existing coax from the demark outside the house to the tuner/dvr/router limit the speed you'll actually realize?

Thanks in advance...
