Guess who's coming for lunch?

Been feeding the deer for a couple'a months now. Ton's of doe and fawns, a forked horn and a 3 point, then this big boy came in today.
I have to be honest, trigger finger got to shaking.

My dad always said "you can't eat the rack so shot him after the doe."

I don't think there is any limit when shooting deer in your own yard...

I'd try to get all three... Either you shoot them or one of the neighbors get's them with a car...

Less costly to shoot...

Coming for lunch... as an invited guest, or the main course? I'll bring the fresh salmon so we can do surf & turf again, what time is brunch?

Trespassers will be shot!! Been thinking of getting a cross bow as we aren't supposed to discharge fire arms in the sub division and I sure could go for some fresh venison.

Earlier this year the wife and I built a water feature (big frickin' pond with a waterfall). We've been enjoying the various birds that have used it, but this changes everything: sometimes, life is just gooooooooooood.

Was privileged to visit his place for a couple of days, & he has more bird feeders than most people have pairs of socks. Frank can tell what time it is by what birds are feeding & where they gather. It is a beautiful place to just relax, unplug & watch the world go by.

Re: Guess who's coming for lunch?

Not much new going on here in the forums, so thought I'd dig up an old thread, and add some pics. The pic of the fork is from my phone camera, no zoom. Yep, he's that close. Worried about losing an eye! Later today he and the big guy got to playing on the lawn. Was fun to watch.
Anybody else got some animal photos to share?
