Garmin

Anybody got a dead one they have no further use for?

Case is cracked on mine, looks rough with RTV smeared into the cracks to keep the rain out.

Afraid so Dick. I'm one of those folks that'll use something until it don't, fix it and use it until it's truly dead and useless. This one still works good, just got a cracked rear case from hard use.

You serious???? Really? A Streetpilot??

Pinch me, I'm dreamin' here!! Don't tell me it's a Streetpilot 1 case?? The one that takes 6 batteries to run, and has an insertable chip slot? I thought I had the only one left, and wuz gonna donate it to the Smithsonian!!

Back to serious - if the SP1 case is what you need, this one is yours. Lemme know. If I can find it around here, out it goes - just need an addy.

Re: Garmin

Dick, if he misses a turn, and you send it overnight, buy the time it recalculates, he'll have your case!

Re: Garmin

Hey, Gunny - packaged up and on it's way. IIRC, the chip in there covers *almost* all of Kendall county!!! BTW - coupla extry batteries are along for the ride - mainly cuz they're stuck in the slots. Got a kinda cruddy stuff on 'em. You might have to observe Hazmat procedures!!!

Enjoy.
