Talking It's true what they say

I just returned from a ride from NJ to Daytona and other points of interest in Florida. Daytona (AKA a Harley Convention) was, for me, no fun. Too crowded and you can't talk above the loud pipes. Everyone was shouting. If anyone was there and saw a BMW it had to be me as I saw no others in the Daytona area. However, on the ride down and back I passed several, especially LT's. About a dozen. Funny thing is, north of the Florida border I passed hundreds of Harleys and other bikes...almost all being trailered! In the colder states only BMW's were on the road. It's true what they say...BMW riders are diehards!

No Brian no. ALL riders are created equal. We must not pick on one group over the other. Read through THIS THREAD and your eyes will be opened.

OK...I think I'll go vomit now.

Wow, people do have thin skins sometimes. I don't knock the Harley guys and I too have some friends (actually only one) who ride them, but it does surprise me that they don't ride but rather trailer their bikes when it seems most BMW riders ride them. Also, I get the point that loud pipes save lives etc., but in an environment like Daytona, you literally could not speak for long periods of time depending where you were. I hope everyone there enjoyed themselves, but it was not for me.
