What determines a senior member?

How does BMW luxury touring make someone a senior member? Buy age or member join date?

None of the above. I believe it has to do with number of posts.

it's a function of how many posts you made. The FAQ is really helpful in this regards

And what a bargain! Why, that's less than an hour's dealer service charge.

Your 100th post makes you a Senior Member.

I consider myself a Newbie, and will for a very long time. Since I joined I have just asked lots of questions and responded to lots of other threads, thus my post count is > 100.

If replacing a turn signal bulb makes one a Senior Member then I qualify.

Wow, 100 is all for senior?

Some folks here have 'thousands' - may need some new ranks

Taking pics tonight. Nothing too too exciting. Just replaced the alternator and beefed up all the wiring to 12 or 14 gauge. Remounted the on-board air compressor under the tank...WAY outta the way. Very happy with that placement, as it was taking up precious room under the seat where tools belong.
