Thinking of bidding?

I wonder how it handles in the twisties?

They had one of these at the Otis Chandler Vintage Museum of Transportation and Wildlife here in Oxnard, and we were fortunate enough to do a group ride there a few years back (even with a sidecar in the group, come to think of it). When Otis finally passed, the collection was broken up and auctioned off (for the cash benefit of his heirs, no doubt).

I recently found out that the building has been bought by another collector, Peter Mullin, who is bringing his collection there. Including his most recent acquisition, a 1925 Bugatti Type 13 that has been sitting at the bottom of Lake Maggiore for the past 70 years. The museum should be open later this year, so that's maybe another excuse for a Saturday SoCal ride.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...
