Re: Lady in red!

Yeah, that's the new VFR1200F with some luggage added on, and what looks like a Laminar Lip.
Can't tell if that's the new tranny in that one or the standard though.

Re: Lady in red!

It looks great. Only draw back I can see is the rear seat. That looks a little bit uncomfortable for a passenger.

Re: Lady in red!

It is a Honda VFR1200F, new for 2010. If you go to:

http://hondampe.com.au/repository/mo...roduction.aspx

it will give you details. I am sorry if that link doesn't work, my computer skills are limited, not sure if I did it right. Or what I did was google the website on the front of the picture, mcnews.com.au and I found info on it after looking and clicking a number of things in the web site. ( I just tried the link and it seems to work on the preview, hopefully it will work after posting).

Re: Lady in red!

Yes January rider magazine has it in there.

175 HP and 95 FT LB at the crank. Pretty nice looking machine. Ground up new, on all parts of the build. The roundel was on purpose to loose the gaudiness of a bunch of racer boy graffiti.

It does look like a winner for sure.

Oh Ronnnnn... Are you listening?? LOL...
I just can't even wait to get the chance to see this bike in person.... I've owned a bunch of Magna's over the years, and absolutely love the V4 engine.
I once took my 82 Magna (Purple with flames on the tank! ) all the way up into New Brunswick, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont with nothing more than an old GI Duffle bag, a canvas tent, and some cash in my pocket.... One of the best rides of my life. That V4 just purring away the whole time... I literally had to replace the footpegs when I got home from that ride....

The VFR1200 has about double the power with a real fairing and hopefully a really great sport touring riding position....
Ahhhh.... all I need to do is win Lotto now.........
