Browser trouble

I hope one of the computer pros can help me. I'm running IE 6.0 and now when I click on a link to something, it just sits there and does not go to it. The curser changes from the arrow to the little hand thingy but does not take me to the link when I click. What happened?

Have you tried holding the "ctrl" key while clicking on the link?

Well...you being from Pittsburgh, I'll excuse your ignorance. He would simply copy and paste that link into his address bar. He's obviosuly able to still surf because he got here, didn't he? Wow! You are the next Einstein, aren't you?

Just how many times do you have to go around inside a revolving door before you figure out how to get out?

Oh boy...

See what you get for trying to think?

When I posted the 'clickable' link, all he has to do is right-click and select 'Copy Shortcut'. Instead of having to highlight then copy & paste. Also...ALWAYS keep in mind that there are others (lurkers) out there that may want to follow that link. Why should they copy & paste when clicking is just so much easier?

Class dismissed...
