Rebooting the modem and wireless router fixes that problem for me. Just unplug the power connectors in the back of the units, wait ten seconds, plug them back in. Happens all the time here, and the reboot always seems to fix it. Might be something to try, if you haven't already. Combine it with a window wash and computer reboot for best results.
