Good stuff!!!

I'm a firm believer in "the grass is NOT always greener on the other side". If in fact it IS greener, it must mean that they're using strong fertilizer (read: manure) so now you're dealing with the stink.

I'll stick with the patchy green on my side where it smells like roses, thank you very much!!!

Re: Be a cop for a day............

Bravo, Bravo,

• Cops are pretty much the only thing keeping our society from going out of control, don't believe me, remember Katrina?

• If any major US City’s Police force where to go away for even one week, it wouldn’t be safe to leave your home by the second night.

• Everyday Cops risk their lives to save those that dislike or even hate them

It is a thankless job, but some has got to do it.

Michael

Thanks Mike. It's always nice to hear something positive about this profession.

I kiss my daughter and wife every night before going to work not knowing if I'll ever see them again. Its a risk that we all except. There is enough positive in the job to keep most of us going. There is no room for error. If you make a mistake, your done.....
