You have to grow up to have a mid-life crisis!!!!!

I could play with women or with cars, I find cars are cheaper and you can write a book about cars a guy would understand.

Re: Had to put Rabbit down today

I certainly can relate. My first cat was named "Senna" after of course Ayrton Senna. I got her from the shelter the week after Ayrton died. Two months ago we had to put her down because cancer. Ranks as one of the hardest thing I have ever done. My wife and I decided we would not keep her alive for us, and that as soon as she stopped acting like a cat and just existed from day to day, it was time. It didn't make it easy, but it made it right.

It will be better in time, believe me, but until that time comes it is like being kicked in the gut.

Peace,

Gene Sweeney

That sucks, Dan. My condolences. But it sounds like you and he had some great times together.

And though you can never replace a member of the family such as that, there are many more deserving pets out there just waiting for a loving home.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...
