Angry Motorcyclist Killed by cell phone using van driver

http://pressherald.mainetoday.com/st...00719&ac=PHnws

"There is no implication in police reports that Gignac was under the influence at the time of this crash, and she technically was not under suspension because of her request for a hearing. However, when she was arrested May 22 on Route 1 in Scarborough after allegedly hitting another car her blood alcohol content was 0.18, more than twice the legal limit to drive, police said. That typically results in an automatic 30-day license suspension by the Secretary of State's Office.

The drunken driving case has been postponed because Gignac is being treated at a psychiatric hospital, according to court records. The nature of her treatment was unavailable."

her quote:

"I killed somebody," a police report quotes her as saying during her police interview. "I'm going to jail for the better part of 15 years."

I sure hope so.

So, If I just go over there and shoot her. Since it would only be my FIRST offence I'd just probably get off with maybe a spanking right ?

Or maybe also the judge or the attorney who gave her license back should be shot as well.

But she def, def, definately should be dealt with in the harshest way possible.
If I was her I'd have gone home and killed myself and been done with it.

A terrible event, for sure. It's stories like this that remind me of why I spend almost as much time scanning my mirrors as the road ahead.

Re: Motorcyclist Killed by cell phone using van driver

I was totalled by a sober woman on a cellphone two weeks ago and am very lucky that I wasn't hurt.

Insurance check came in yesterday...From my accident I won't talk on a cell phone while driving...

Sad news...

omg...someone was smiling on you that day! What happened?

Nothing drives me more crazy than driving and seeing people trying to text and drive at the same time.

When it's time to go, you better go 100%
