Well, I won't be riding for a while.

Probably doesn't belong here, but since this is the only place I really post I'll put it here. Someone can move it if they want to.

In about three hours, I'll be undergoing a quad bypass. I started having pain in my neck, and chest while riding home from work Sunday morning and decided to go to the ER when I got home. I'm still here (at the hospital, not the ER).

Y'all keep me in your prayers please. Don't know long it'll be before I'm up to riding the bike again, but hope I'll be back on the boards before too long. I'll see if I can get my wife to log on later and let you know how I'm doing.

I'm not worried about the surgery at all. I'm sure I'll come through this with flying colors. Ya'll take care, and keep the rubber side down now. Ya. Hear!

I'll be before long.

By the way. If you have any kind of pain in your chest, neck, arms, you all know the warning signs. Get it checked.

I hear, after you recover from the surgery, you'll be wanting to dance, run, climb a mountain, etc. You'll find yourself back with all the energy and stamina that you didn't even realize you had lost.

You're a great reminder to the rest of us to heed the warnings...THANKS.

...and your in my prayers.

Wayne,

Best of luck with the surgery. They'll have you up and walking the hallways about the time you get back to your room. Make sure your doc checks the little one on the back side of the heart. Seems that little one causes a lot of problems. Take care and a speedy recovery.

We keep the prayer candles liight for you.

Hey, Wayne!
Was in your spot just about a year ago, tho I got to the ER when an SUV attacked my 02 LT. A cardio noticed the need for a triple BP, and since I was there anyway....
Second the note from the guy who noted the return of the energy and stamina I didn't know I lost. Remember to follow ALL their instructions, especially in rehab.
Meanwhile, blessings and gratitude! Glad you answered the wake-up call!
