Glory Hole

Does any one know where this is.It looks like a man made spillway for a lake. Very cool engineering and design.

Northern California. About 30-40 minutes from Sacramento towards Napa on the back roads. I think it is Hwy 128.

It sure doesn't look like that this year. We've had much lower that average rain fall...
