When I was a kid, we had a thing at home called a 'Zerostat' - it was a gun shaped thing, that you pointed at vinyl LP's (showing my age now), pulled the trigger and a big static spark zapped the record, and was meant to stop dust building up on it(see http://www.2spi.com/catalog/photo/zerostat.shtml ). Yes, I stuck it in my mouth and pulled the trigger, to see what a spark tasted like

Naw, 50 is the new 30. We all know you can't trust anyone over 30.

jeezzz
i spit water out of my nose! I remember the days in parochial school baiting the younger kids to do that on the galvanized swing set...dayum, that was fun!

I am glad I have outgrown that, as well as the catholic thing.

I had a buddy tell me recently that religious wars were simply a matter of "my invisible friend is better than your invisible friend"

I agree!

When I was a kid, we actually had electricity, believe it or not. I remember sticking a bobbie pin in a light socket. I can still see that flash of blue fire if I close my eyes and remember.

I have stuck a 9 volt battery to check to see if it was "hot." That's about the extent of my "electrical troubleshooting" ability.

Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. I'd say this is just a hoax to boost ratings. The bucket of water really would have no affect on this had he really done it BTW.... YMMV
