Need help - Thurlow Leather

I was contacted by a customer of theirs regarding a purchase they made using a CC. So far this customer is unable to get a hold of anyone at Thurlow to confirm the purchase etc.

The phone number listed at the bottom of their webpage pings a fax machine at a private residence. E-mail is not being responded to.

Anyone know if they are still in business? Contact name?

Thanks in advance. Just trying to help this person.

That happens to be me.
I'm the hosting company for them and like many other users/customers, I'm trying to contact them.
If you can, please let me know too
Thank you.

Raffy, Elton,
I went by today and the business is gone, a medical instrument outfit is there now, they didnt know where the business moved to and stated they have been there for over six months. Maybe contact the business license office here in San Diego and see if there is some other information on the license?

Thanks for going out there and checking the premises.

I'll follow up with the person who contacted me. She used her credit card so I'll have her call her CC company and ask if they can put a hold on the $s involved and see if they can get the merchant to respond to an inquiry from the CC company.

Thanks,
Raffy

Thank you Jeff, for the visit.
Raffy, if she used the CC on their web site, won't bother. He is not receiving e-mails, so the CC is not being processed at all.
Wonder what could happen with Gary...

"Da Boyz" report the same. Even got a picture of the place.

They report there's no sign of Gary or the Leather shop.

They talked to a lady at one of the near by businesses - she says they moved out in Sept/Oct and confirmed Gary's name as being the operator.

No forwarding address or other information left or posted anywhere. Only other comment she made was it seemed the leather shop left rather suddenly, no warning and no explanations. Just 'poof' they was gone.

Hope that's a help!
