Photoshop help please

Attached are two pictures. A stock K1200S picture and one that I have modified with Paint.

Can someone take the idea in Paint and use Photoshop to accomplish the same please and post results?

Thanks David:

That gives me a pretty good idea. The flat 'square' spot needs either color graphics like the M series colors, other graphics, logo or a round number plate with a number on it.
