Smile A LOT to be thankful for!

Here it is, November 22, the day before Thanksgiving. Low 50s and not a cloud in the sky in northeast Ohio. Rode the GT to all my stops today. Life is good.

I have a wonderful wife and two great kinds. I have my health. Great friends...both online and off. An excellent motorcycle with all the toys. It's almost ridiculous. We are so rich in this country, and yet sometimes it all just doesn't seem to be enough. Well...not today. I have more than enough. And for that, I am truly thankful.

Happy Thanksgiving bmwlt.com!!!

Amen and back at ya!

Just got the 'drink' order from my YL. She's have'n a blast being a 'house mom' for the weekend. She really enjoys hosting small to medium family events like are planned for this weekend. Thankfully I rode the LT today - got lotso room to stash all the goodies on the way home. My son just called asking about how to do something on our LAN at the house (playing with share maps) - it's simply wonderful to watch him grow, stretch and learn. He's going directions I'd never go - but get to enjoy all the same.

Tiz good, ain't it. Real good

You know, I'm sitting here unemployed. It's rained so much the past two days the only thing I can do is sit in the garage and look at the LT. But you know what, I am fortunate to have it to look at.

I have a wonderful wife, a kitchen that smells great as we prepare for Thanksgiving with friends and a roof over our heads.

Thanks for starting this thread. I am lucky and very thankful for my many blessings. I hope that each of you have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Good note Joe... It is almost ridiculous how blessed I am - far more than I dared ever dream I would be. I have everything I need and then so much more.

For the family, the material stuff, and for a Saviour, I am thankful...

... and to my good friends here, thank you for all the advice, laughs, thought provoking debates, and just being good ol' buds.

I wish all of you the very best this Thanksgiving! ..and some good weather....

Yes I am thankful for all that I have. While I don't hold importent the things many others do, I have been blessed with those that mean much to me.
Health, Freedom, a handful of true friends, living my dream.

P.S. - lets remember to say a prayer for those on this board who are going through a difficult time (and two for Coni)!!

Amen, bro. Ditto to everything you and others have said here.

And a personal thanks to YOU, Joseph, for all the advice, tutelage (sp?), windshield loans, and farkle install help over the past year.

Much to be thankfull for!

Happy Thanksgiving to All.

I just picked up this thread and I can't say much more than what's already been said in this thread. I too have much to be thankful for.

I have added much more to be thankful for over the past few months, with the addition of my LT, learning to ride, the friends that I have met through the forum (Joe, Howard, Jim, Mike, etc.), and the great help of those on the forum that I have yet to meet, but especially Joe for the mentoring.

I hope you all have had a safe and enjoyable holiday.

I know you're probably stuffed, but make a stop by Shirley's Soul Food, have a bite and say hello from me. I met her with Joe and Tom during CCR; a great lady worth paying a visit to.

We stopped by Shirley's after CCR this year and stayed with sis and brother-in-law, MAN WAS THAT GOOD!

May stop by there tomorrow on the way home. Wanted to go by there today. It's going to be a good day to ride back home with temps in the high 60's.

David, did you sing with "Amazing Grace" with Joe and Shirley?
