Re: Giving motorcycles a bad reputation

OK, of you're going to post your stupid GoPro ride videos up online, at least make it exciting. I have to say, this was exciting to watch.

Beyond that, this guy was a complete idiot. It's a miracle he didn't kill himself or someone else and I can't seem to be surprised that he broke a leg in a motorcycle crash.

I didn't see the story but I bet he got caught because he posted the video from his cam and they went and found him. If that is the case, he is doubly stupid.

Re: Giving motorcycles a bad reputation

I've ridden sport bikes many years and can't stand these kinds of morons. They make it harder for the rest of us to ride without undue scrutiny not only from police, but from motorists too.
A few years back when I lived in northern Kentucky, I witnessed a few guys on sport bikes stunting on I-75 in rush hour traffic. They were being rude to motorists around them and holding up already horrible traffic. Well, after about 3 miles of this I got sick of it and called 911 to report them. Right as I began to reply to the operator as to why I was calling, one of these guys drops his bike.
Operator: 911, what is the nature of your call?
Me: hello, yeah, I'd like to report.........a motorcycle accident.
It took everything I could do to keep from bursting out laughing while I was on the phone.
