Well, they finally went and done it!

The 06 Wing is going to have an Air bag as an option.

Along with some other useful upgrades available in 4 different trim levels(heated seats, grips, foot warmers...GPS, better stero, 6 speakers, etc) you can now get an airbag.

The (motorcycle) world is ending as we know it.

Ron

Info from this month's Rider mag.

Yep, we've heard about it already.

Some interesting discussion has recently taken place on the old site.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Next year's model will have side and rear impact bags. Then all you'll have to worry about will be the sky falling.

I hear after that, they may offer one with a roof, larger trunk space, and a little medallion that says "Accord" on it.

Don't think your gona see too many GW's with air bags. I've read that it's an option and only available on the fully farkelized models. Since those GW folks won't spend extra $ for ABS I'm sure that ain't gone buy no stinking air bag!
