Funny photo. I think the guy that did the Photoshop work forgot that trees have their roots in the ground and don't magically float on the snow.

kind of funny that isnt to far off from our roads in Indiana today. Hit 50 deg. but still four feet of snow on sides of road.

It's not what you ride, it's where you ride to eat!

That looks about right!

Good one. Here's hoping that not too many days from now this will be a distant memory.

Re: WV - The roads are clear

Snow melt now flooding concerns in NE Ohio

* A COMBINATION OF MELTING SNOW AND RAIN WILL PRODUCE A THREAT OF FLOODING FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON INTO FRIDAY. ICE JAMS ON AREA RIVERS MAY ALSO PRODUCE FLOODING.

* NEW RAINFALL OF A HALF TO ONE INCH IS EXPECTED. LOCALIZED AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE FROM THUNDERSTORMS.

* A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WATER WILL BE RELEASED BY THE MELTING SNOW AS WARMER TEMPERATURES MOVE IN ON THURSDAY. RAIN WILL ENHANCE THE FLOOD THREAT AND ANY HEAVY RAIN COULD PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT FLOODING. SOME RIVER FLOODING IS LIKELY. ICE JAM FLOODING CAN DEVELOP QUICKLY AND MAKE FOR A MORE DANGEROUS FLOOD RISK. IN ADDITION TO FLOODING ON STREAMS AND RIVERS... FLOODING OF BASEMENTS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

72 with thunderstorms today in southwest Kentucky today, Paul. And, we're currently under a tornado watch. But at least it's not snow!

(sorry to have double-posted this; I also added this to a thread over in the RT forum)
