Shreveport Motorsports

I recently had to take my '06 GT in for final drive work and the nearest dealer is in Shreveport. Having just moved up to this area, I wasn't too sure about them. I haven't heard or read anything about their service or the dealership, so I was a little leary.

After all was said and done, I can say I'm quite pleased with the way they handled the work. They had no qualms about contacting the extended warranty company and replacing the drive and they did the work in quick time. It took about 2 weeks, which considering they only have 1 BMW certified mechanic and they were dealing with an unknown to them extended warranty company, I thought was pretty fast.

Jeff, the service manager kept me informed all the time and the tech that worked on it really seemed to know his way around BMWs. He even helped me load it on the trailer and strap it down when I went to pick it up.

The whole staff seems really friendly and customer oriented. So, if you ever need a dealer in the Shreveport area, I think they'll do a good job for you.
