Re: This guy can sure ride

All of the "watch me ride" videos are so over-done, been there done that, and boring. But THIS guy can ride! On both hard and soft surfaces. Very impressive. And I wouldn't hesitate to buy that bike.

Now ... what model camera is that??? Took a licking and kept on ticking.

WOW!]

Think I'll go out and pratice some of what (I think) I just learned.
Maybe not the Stoppies, tried that once and it did not end well.

The whole point of that video is that you can thrash on the bike, toss it into the dirt, slide it down the road, etc., and then you can just pick it right back up and keep going.

Hence the focus on how tough their saddlebags and crash bars are.

But damn, was he having fun along the way.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

I liked the 2 views of the high side, first person and spectator. I'm waiting for Andy to tell us when we can watch him do that on his F800.

Re: This guy can sure ride

He was at BMW of Denver earlier this year and was a lot of fun to watch and genuinely nice to visit with.

More pictures

He and most of the staff at BMW of Denver went to a local restaurant the night before and he put on a show in the parking lot for most of the people in the restaurant. He definitely knows his bikes and gave me a whole new appreciation of the F800GS.

Re: This guy can sure ride

This guy sucks! I could have high sided numerous more times than he did riding like that. I probably could have thrown in a low side and an ass over teakettle. Amateur!
